User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Not misuse, reverse engineer, or exploit the platform

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activities under it.

Payments & Subscriptions

Payments are processed via Stripe. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled before the billing date.

Free Trials

If offered, free trials convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends.

Refunds

All payments are final unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.

Intellectual Property

All content, software, and branding are owned by Recovra.ai and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Recovra.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 30 days.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violations of these Terms.
